Customer Request

Many companies give top priority to customer satisfaction.  One of the best customer satisfaction is to absolutely follow customer’s request and direction.  That is what a delivery company did.

    The customer might have as well said, 'doormat over the parcel'. But there is a chance that a wrong product was delivered to the customer!
