(For those who don’t know Joe Namath. Joe is a legendary American Football hero. He is somewhat equivalent to Sachin Tendulkar, Saurav Ganguly, and Mahendra Singh Dhoni put together. He is also known for his brash and bold statements.
One year, in a Super Bowl game, his team was a lowly underdog. He began to give statements like his team is going to win the Super Bowl against the heavily favored team. He would finish his statements with the words “We are going to win. I guarantee it”. What a surprise! That year his team won the Super Bowl. Since then, in USA the word “guarantee” is always associated with Joe Namath.)
