Famous Los Angeles Architect, Steve Hermann, has built a home in Montecito, California. The home is called the “Glass Pavilion”. All walls are glass. Mr. Hermann calls this as his “opus”.
The lot is 3.5 acres. Built in area is 13,875 square feet. 5 bedrooms. 5 ½ bathrooms. Kitchen. Wine Room. Art Gallery. It took him 6 years to build this home.
He originally built this for himself and his family. But now changed his mind. It is for sale now. The price: $35 million. Anyone interested to buy?

Wow! 'Glass House' looks like a masterpiece work.
ReplyDeleteHow about privacy in glass walled house? that dissuades me from buying it. But I may change my mind :-p
Thanks for your comments Rahul. Bedrooms and Bathrooms have drapes (curtains). So don't worry.
ReplyDeleteIn USA the real estate commission is 6%. Only the seller will have to pay. Not the buyer. When you buy, I will get a cool $2.1 M in commission.
Nice house but not interested in buying...but one question are you getting a commision for advertising?
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments Aparna. Too bad you do not want to add this also to your collection. Am I getting a commission for advertising? I wish I were.

ReplyDeleteA half bathroom is a bathroom with only a sink and a toilet, but no shower or tub. It is usually situated near the living room. Guests can use this and do not have to go to any bedroom in the house to use a bathroom.
It is interesting, but for some reason doesn't appeal to me :)
ReplyDeleteI ain't so good. I want something expensive :)
